Prior to becoming a new Sunflower Dog Care pet family, we require a few things to determine if it is a good fit for all of us, and to best understand your and your pets needs. We will need proof of up-to-date Rabies and DAPP/DHPP vaccines, provide more info about your pets, and sign our legal waiver. Then if all goes well, we will do a one-hour evaluation ($50). (Travel fees apply, if driving to your home is over 30 minutes.)
